Other
Our staff empty the lockers after closing and hand in any valuables left in them at reception! Owners can enquire there about their lost or forgotten valuables.
The service used is closed – in all cases at reception – following the personal check-out procedure. Accordingly, we kindly ask you to do the following:
- Before leaving the building, hand back all items received on entry (towels, locker key, Polar watch) in full and in person to our reception staff. Our colleagues will then check the customer balance and check the customer out of our system.
- Before leaving, during check-out, please settle the credit limit provided on entry.
- If you have not used the credit limit we provided, please drop the key (watch) into the ‘watch drop box’ next to the reception desk; you can then leave the Centre through the exit turnstile.
If a guest leaves the building other than through the exit gate, they thereby consent to the check-out procedure taking place without their personal presence, and acknowledge that after leaving the cash desk they may not subsequently make a complaint.
The credit limit provided on customer entry may be withdrawn at the service provider's discretion.
The operation of the kids' playroom is governed by separate house rules, which can be viewed in the kids' playroom.
