These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) set out the rights and obligations of the User (hereinafter: the User) who uses the services provided via the www.oxygenwellness.hu website. The Service Provider and the User are hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties. The GTC apply to every legal transaction and service carried out via the website.

2. THE PRODUCT
2.1 The shop sells digital tickets, passes and gift vouchers covering fitness and wellness, massage and other services of the centres (hereinafter collectively: Passes), which serve to be redeemed with the Service Provider in place of cash for the purchase of its services.

2.2 Passes are produced exclusively by electronic means and have no physical form: for each item purchased, the Service Provider issues a PDF voucher bearing a unique code (serial number and QR code). Redemption takes place at the Service Provider’s reception desk on the basis of the voucher’s code.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE
3.1 Purchases in the www.oxygenwellness.hu/bolt/ online shop can be made exclusively by electronic means, via the internet. The Service Provider does not accept orders placed by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter. The Service Provider likewise sends information relating to purchases to Buyers by electronic means. Purchasing does not require registration; no user account can be created in the webshop. By submitting the order, the User declares that they have read and accept the terms of these GTC and of the Privacy Notice published on the website, and consents to the data processing set out therein. By pressing the “Pay and place order” button, the Buyer makes an offer, which we automatically confirm following successful payment, at the latest within 24 hours of the order. The confirmation in all cases contains the value and name of the Pass, the details of the Buyer and, where the Pass is purchased as a gift, of the Recipient, as well as the place and time of redemption. If the confirmation does not arrive, the consumer is released from the binding nature of their offer. The Buyer may amend the details entered on the checkout page at any time before submitting the order. The language of the contract is Hungarian. This document does not qualify as a contract concluded in writing; its content is not filed or archived and is therefore not accessible or retrievable afterwards. Prices on the www.oxygenwellness.hu/bolt/ site are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT.

3.3 You pay the face value of the Pass to Oxygen Naphegy Kft.

3.4 The validity and redeemability of each Pass and Ticket are in all cases stated in the description of the pass type. These details differ by pass type. If you wish to use the Pass beyond this period, we are unable to refund the value of the pass either to you or to the recipient of your gift. The period of use of Passes cannot be extended. The contract between you and the Service Provider terminates when the units available on the Pass have been used up, or at the latest when the period of use expires.

3.5 We offer Passes and Tickets in several categories. You can find out about the current categories and their detailed content on the oxygenwellness.hu site before purchasing.

3.6. The purchase process:
In the webshop, the Buyer selects the Pass they wish to purchase; where the Pass is a gift, the Buyer may enter the name of the recipient and the message to be written on the voucher, and then places the item in the basket. In the basket, items and their quantities can be changed or deleted.
On the checkout page, the Buyer enters their name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and billing details, and then accepts these GTC, the Privacy Notice and the SimplePay data transfer declaration.
On clicking the “Pay and place order” button, the webshop redirects the Buyer to the secure SimplePay payment page, where the full amount can be paid by bank card.
After successful payment, the webshop sends an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address provided, attaching the PDF vouchers (each with a unique code) for the items purchased. The vouchers can also be downloaded from the confirmation page and remain accessible at any time thereafter on the “My vouchers” page, using the login link sent to the e-mail address.
The prices displayed in the webshop are gross prices; no further charge of any kind, whether tax (including VAT) or otherwise, is added to them.
If the Buyer provides incorrect, inaccurate or non-existent details, or if their e-mail mailbox is full, the Service Provider bears no liability for the order not being fulfilled or being impossible to fulfil.

3.7 The Buyer pays the consideration for the Passes online by bank card via the SimplePay payment system operated by SimplePay Zrt. (registered office: 1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. em.). Card details are entered on SimplePay’s secure payment page and are not accessible to the Service Provider. Information on the personal data transferred to SimplePay is provided in the data transfer declaration accepted on the checkout page. If payment fails or is interrupted, the Pass is not issued; payment can be restarted from the information page.

3.8 The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for the purchase via the Számlázz.hu system (operator: KBOSS.hu Kft., 1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7.) and sends it to the Buyer by e-mail.

4. REDEMPTION PROCESS
The Service Provider sends the PDF voucher for a purchased or gifted Pass or Ticket to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. Redemption does not require registration and takes place according to the following steps:
1. The holder of the Pass brings the voucher with them, either printed out or on their phone (from the PDF or from the “My vouchers” page).
2. At the reception desk of the Oxygen Wellness Centre, they present the voucher’s code or QR code.
3. Based on the code, the receptionist checks the voucher in the system.
4. In the case of a valid voucher, the receptionist validates (redeems) the Pass or Ticket; from that point onwards, the redeemed Pass is valid for the period applicable individually to the pass or ticket. Each voucher may be redeemed only once.
