The driver of a vehicle is liable to the Operator for all damage caused by the vehicle they are driving! Any damage caused in the Car Park will always result in police action, and a report and an accident notification form will be completed by the store managers.
If a guest or any other person present in the Car Park disrupts the operating order of the Car Park, breaches the Rules or endangers the safety of the Car Park, the Operator is entitled to expel them from the Car Park. - If the vehicle extends beyond the width of the designated parking space (vehicles must be parked so that they occupy only the parking space bounded by the painted road markings), Oxygen Naphegy is entitled to issue a warning (by means of a sticker affixed to the vehicle's windscreen) and then to clamp the vehicle; the release fee is HUF 10,000 (ten thousand forints) per day.

- In the event of repeated incorrect parking, Oxygen Naphegy is entitled to withdraw the 4-hour free period.
Use of electric vehicle charging points
Electric vehicle charging points may only be used by suitable vehicles (electric or plug-in hybrid), with the charging equipment used as intended.
A condition of using a charging point is that the vehicle is connected to the charging equipment and the charging process is started in the charger's system.
If a vehicle occupies a charging point without starting a charging process, or is not entitled to use the space (is not an electric or plug-in vehicle), this constitutes unauthorised parking.
In the event of unauthorised use, the Operator is entitled to charge a surcharge of HUF 10,000. The full amount of surcharges collected will be donated to charity.
After the charging process has finished, the vehicle may remain at the charging point without incurring any further surcharge.
Charging entitlement, and the fact that a charging process has been started and is ongoing, are determined on the basis of data from the charging monitoring system operated by the Operator, which serve as the basis for billing and verification.
The user bears full financial liability for any damage they cause to the charging equipment or its accessories and is obliged to compensate the Operator for the damage.
If the vehicle extends beyond the width of the designated parking space, Oxygen Naphegy is entitled to issue a warning (by means of a sticker affixed to the vehicle's windscreen) and then to clamp the vehicle; the release fee is HUF 10,000 (ten thousand forints) per day.
Liability
The Operator specifically draws guests' attention to the fact that, in certain places in the Car Park, various mechanical elements (e.g. pipes, air-conditioning units) protrude from the plane of the wall; however, these do not affect the usability of the parking space concerned. The Operator marks these mechanical elements with conspicuous, attention-grabbing markings as far as possible. The Operator excludes its liability for damage resulting from any collision with such mechanical elements, which guests expressly accept and acknowledge by using the Car Park.
The Operator is not in a position to influence the behaviour of private individuals. The Operator is not liable for the conduct of third parties, in particular for injuries, vandalism, theft, burglary or any other damage caused by them, regardless of whether the third party is present in the Car Park lawfully or unlawfully.
The Operator is liable only for damage caused by its employees on duty through gross negligence or wilful misconduct. All liability is limited to the amount of the Operator's liability insurance obligation.
Matters not regulated by the Rules or the parking contract shall be governed by Hungarian law. In the event of legal disputes between the Operator and the guest relating to the Rules or the parking contract, the Kisvárdai Járásbíróság (Kisvárda District Court) or, depending on jurisdiction, the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg Megyei Törvényszék (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
