ABOUT ME

This belief guided me when I applied to the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sports Science for the Recreation and Lifestyle Program. 

In my work, following the principles mentioned above, I prioritize maintaining the health of my clients while enhancing their movement culture and body awareness. My goal is to assist my clients in developing a conscious and sustainable lifestyle, where regular exercise is an indispensable part. This, in turn, improves their well-being and fitness. It is my daily task to prove that with confidence in knowledge and the right support, achieving set goals is easier than one might initially think.
