AQUATRAINING
Aquatraining takes advantage of the fact that water has a higher resistance than air because it is denser. We can use this resistance to increase muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance without straining our joints. Exercising in water is a safe and effective way to improve your body.

TABATA WORKOUT
Tabata, also known as the 4-minute fat-burning miracle workout, is one of the world's most popular High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. A Tabata consists of eight 20-second intense cycles with 10-second rest periods. Initially, a single exercise is repeated in the eight cycles, but in classes we work mainly with pairs of exercises. Most of these exercises are complex, moving many muscles at once. Although the aim is to maximise performance in all cycles, the class can be adapted to all fitness levels. This is the workout for you if you want to build endurance quickly, maintain muscle tone and burn fat.
MOZGÁSOS
CROSS TRAINING
The focus of the lesson is on developing conditioning skills. This type of class is a strength, endurance and speed building workout. The heart rate is kept high throughout, so short rests and exercises are continuous and without breaks. The basic exercises include lunges, squats and lunges. Jumps with jumping rope or stool are an integral part of the class, but also running with its associated exercises will also appear in the class. We recommend it to anyone who wants to take part in an intensive class that develops fitness.
MOZGÁSOS
FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT WORKOUT
Functional training treats the body as a whole. Instead of focusing on individual muscle groups, it engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously through complex exercises performed in a circuit format. The class is structured with various stations where diverse exercises, utilizing a variety of equipment, work the entire body.
unctional circuit training is suitable for everyone as it provides versatile development and utilizes various tools such as TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, Sparrowbag, resistance bands, step platforms, agility ladders, agility bands, sandbags, FitBalls, and more. It results in a stronger and more muscular body. It is an excellent option for beginners to build fitness or strengthen their core muscles.

MOBILITY
Mobility refers to the body's range of motion. In Mobility classes, we aim to increase joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and work on strength and balance in the new ranges of motion we acquire.
This practice improves posture, body awareness, and the range of motion of movements. It helps prevent injuries and chronic joint pain.
MOZGÁSOS
ASTANGA
In the ashtanga class, we practice the correct execution of the daily greetings from asana to asana, go through the fundamental poses in detail, and work on the harmony of movement (vinyasa), breathing (Ujjayi pranayama), dristi (direction of look) and bandhas (energetic locks) to create an injury-free, effective yoga practice. Flexibility and outstanding stamina are not necessary for the class, the aim of asthanga yoga practice is to develop these.

SPINAL TRAINING
In Spinal Training, we focus on developing and strengthening the core muscles while increasing heart rate. The primary goal is not weight loss but rather body shaping, improving muscle tone, and training the muscles of the back, abdomen, hips, shoulders, and arms. Following the principle of gradual progression, the class starts with thorough warm-up, followed by full-body stretches. Then, the dynamic 25-minute portion includes a combination of exercises and a strengthening block with static body positions and exercises that work the deep muscles thoroughly. The class concludes with a thorough stretching routine. We recommend it for anyone looking to protect their spine and strengthen the muscles that help compensate for the daily stresses.

HATHA YOGA
A traditional yoga movement that combines various exercises to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. By practicing and executing the asanas (postures) with precision, we increase the vitality and health of the body while experiencing the energetic events that take place in the body. This is always achieved by balancing some opposing forces, just as the tongue of a scale, with ever-smaller fluctuations, finally settles at rest in the centre. The very name itself refers to this, as the word 'ha' means sun and 'tha' means moon, symbolising activating and passivating energies. In a Hatha yoga class, balance is achieved through the right balance of effort and relaxation, movement and stillness.
