Power Plate Master Trainer
I completed my studies at the Hungarian University of Physical Education, and I have been a professional football player for over 25 years. In the last 10 years, I have also worked as a head coach for various teams, currently at TF (Semmelweis University).
I started working in the fitness industry 12 years ago, and I'm very proud of how the Power Plate training method has transformed the lives of so many people!
The most important thing for me is that the workouts must be filled with strict good humor, and my guests can only leave with big smiles!

- 12 years of fitness experience as an aquafitness and Power Plate trainer.
- In 2020, I was named the Power Plate Coach of the Year.
- U21 Futsal National Championship title
- 2nd place in NB1
- Hungarian Futsal Cup 1st place
- Budapest University Futsal Championship 1st place (as head coach)
- Italian Futsal Champion (Serie C)
