Fitness has been a part of my life for nearly 10 years. In the beginning, my goal was simply to get stronger and build muscle, so I started going to the gym. As I progressed on my journey and continued to educate myself, I realized that training alone is not enough—nutrition is just as important.

ABOUT ME

In the meantime, I earned my degree as a food engineer in Szeged, which allowed me to not only study nutrition from both theoretical and practical perspectives but also understand the relationships between different foods and their effects on the body. Since I was deeply fascinated by the world of nutritional supplements—having incorporated them into my daily diet—I pursued a career as a product developer at the largest domestic company in the field. This role took my professional expertise to a whole new level. However, one thought kept lingering in my mind. I loved training, and I loved helping others with it. So, I decided to complete a personal trainer certification, which I applied daily to both myself and my friends. As I continued to build my knowledge and experience, an incredible opportunity came my way—I joined the Oxygen team.

This is how my hobby became my profession. My clients have diverse goals—some are preparing for competitions, others simply want to lose a few kilos, and some are looking to make a complete lifestyle change. That's why I create personalized programs for everyone, tailored to their individual needs. My goal is to help integrate a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle into their daily routine—because there’s life beyond just chicken and salad!
