ABOUT ME

Sport is a pillar in my life. Of the many sports I have played, handball has been my greatest success and I have been playing it for more than 10 years. It was during this time that I was introduced to weight training and bodyweight training, which I have enjoyed ever since.

If you are unfamiliar with the world of wellness and want to improve your recovery, get healthier or just want to sauna safely, I can help you with that too, thanks to my studies as a sauna master!

Training:

The nature of handball, a team sport, has taught me that working together makes it easier to achieve our goals, and I try to prove that in my lessons. To ensure your safety and progress, I will perform a fitness assessment consisting of a body composition measurement, FMS test and a 3 exercise self-weight measurement at the first session after the consultation. From this information, I will design a training plan that is both useful and enjoyable for you!
