ABOUT ME

Having tried many sports, I have gained experience in many areas of sport and after completing them I decided to pursue a career in coaching to help you to learn more and more.

Exercise has always been a part of my life (long distance running, competitive partner dances, volleyball, handball) but I am proud that it helped me out of a serious illness and I would like to pass on the experience and knowledge I gained then to my guests, who can see that nothing is impossible and that no one should have to put up with anything going wrong with their health. Dare to ask for help, I'll help!

I try to constantly expand my knowledge to help my guests in as many areas as possible.

Running and endurance sports supplementary training is also important to me, not neglecting strength training, and I'm happy to help in this area too if you need advice.

My goal is that after teaching you the correct movement pattern, you will then go home recharged after your workouts, feeling it as a relaxation rather than a burden, by putting together a training plan that is right for you, which we will improve with nutritional advice.
