INDOOR CYCLING & GROUP CYCLING INSTRUCTOR
After 14 years as a competitive mountain biker, I decided to make a permanent switch and utilize my knowledge while sitting on the spinning bike. I have been leading group spinning classes for nearly 15 years now.
I aim to convey the boundless energy, enthusiasm, and positive feelings that this sport has given me to my clients during spinning sessions. I select music from various genres, making my classes diverse, dynamic, and suitable for any age group. With a focus on gradual intensity, a satisfying sense of fatigue is guaranteed by the end, not to mention that 55 minutes fly by unnoticed!
