Health is the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease. In my work, I strive to help my clients understand and achieve this state. I believe that shaping our bodies involves not only exercise but is primarily built on nutrition and recovery.

ABOUT ME

During our collaborative work, I motivate my clients, share the joy of movement with them, and inspire them with positive thoughts so they don't perceive exercise as suffering. It's important to make everyone aware that they should start exercising not because they hate their bodies but because they love them. 

I transitioned from the world of elite sports to dancing shoes in handball, and later to weights. I've been doing weightlifting for 6 years, and I entered the world of competitive sports a year and a half ago.

My passion is my profession, and therefore, I approach the field with humility.
