My name is Alexandra Sashegyi, and I work as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach. Sport has been close to my heart since childhood – thanks in large part to two exceptional and inspiring physical education teachers who influenced my decision to pursue this career. As a child, I practiced athletics, and later volleyball became my passion, which remains an active part of my life to this day.
It has always been my dream to turn my passion into my profession and help others discover the joy of movement. In 2019, I earned my degree from the University of Physical Education (TF) in Recreation and Health Promotion, where I had the opportunity to explore a wide range of sports and gain extensive practical experience during my university years.
My goal is to continuously develop myself in a well-rounded way, which is why I’ve completed several additional courses, particularly in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation. My specialties also include bodyweight, free-weight, and functional training. In addition to personal training, I also teach group fitness classes.
Those who come to me receive personalized support – whether it’s returning to sports after an injury, starting an active lifestyle, relieving physical discomfort caused by sedentary work, or simply discovering a recreational form of movement. During my sessions, you’ll receive my full attention, and I’ll gladly help you find the path that truly fills your everyday life with joy and energy. I believe strongly in prevention, injury avoidance, and the principle of gradual progression, and this approach defines my work. We’ll begin our collaboration with a thorough and comprehensive fitness assessment.
Because “Sport is for everyone.”
