Stretching meets Spine training for 90 minutes.
Spine training is recommended for you if you have pain in the neck, waist or in the back, have seating job, have radiating pain, have bad posture, do hard physical work,, have sedentary lifestyle, do a sport that ticks the spine and joints, if you are overweight, have scoliosis, have problem like your upper body is twisted, asymmetric in the two sides of muscle, your body is in progress.
